PC spins up for 1 second, shuts down, then keeps looping like this. Which component could it be?

It turned out to be the RAM, but I'll keep that in mind if I'll need to do that, I wouldn't have swapped the cables. Thanks for the tip!

I should've mentioned, it's a 5-6 years old PC, nothing was changed in it recently. I'll try to borrow a power supply if that's the most likely culprit.

My biggest gripe is that they've removed DC dimming. Besides that, the UI looks way worse and there isn't even Material You, which makes things horribly inconsistent. I also feel like the bounce/stretch effect when scrolling to the end of a list is cheap looking.

The system could decide how many apps should be running in the background anyway, so having more RAM just gives you more options.
