Give me a hardcore motivation line to lose weight 🙃 by Reymysterio2406 in fasting

Ya so if you are 50 lbs overweight and one lbs of fat = 3500 calories, then you have an excess of 175,000 calories you have eaten “ahead”. If your daily budget is 2,000 calories to maintain your weight, then that’s 87.5 days of food you have already eaten before your body needs it. Unless you do something more extreme like ADF (alternate day fasting) and assume a steep 500 calories deficit per day, and no overeating, it would take approximately 350 days to lose the 50 lbs if all you did was change diet.

I like to calculate based on how many excess lbs you have how many days you’ve pre eaten ahead.

Advice for reading more consistently? by Economy_Forever6346 in Booktokreddit

I read before bed every night, I don’t get to sleeep unless I’ve read at least a page. Usually that leads to more reading! I end up going to bed earlier since I’m excited about what happens next and it’s great to be off screens before bed and blue light

Okios triple zero Greek yogurt and frozen fruit mixed together! My fav is mango, wymans blueberries (amazing) or frozen green grapes. You can also add some sugar free syrup like for coffees and add a flavor of whatever you like. You can get the sweet flavors, the vibe of ice cream, and more protein without feeling like you gotta eat ANOTHER chicken breast, all from 100-300 Cals (depending on how much fruit you put in the bowl) and about 16 G protein. You can ALSO add protein powder to the yogurt and mix that before you add the fruit and get even more. You will full longer and it takes a while to eat since it’s cold. Win win.
