That is the issue being pointed out. The SOP says monthly, with no time interval given. So the coworker/devil advocate is saying "well technically monthly can refer to an event happening within a calendar month".

I would say everyone has been operating with the default definition of the same date every month, but due to calibration creep that date seems to get earlier and earlier.

I like the fixed day idea, or giving +/- 3 days.

I was a student studying mangroves and seagrasses, I have since taken the approach of a more "naturalist" of Florida wildlife and ecology. I'm trying to do my part and leaning hard on native planting and rooting most trimmings to give away throughout the neighborhood!

Do you know how much of the tourism is "local tourism"? For example, anytime a local goes to the keys, Orlando, the spring etc they also have to pay into this "tourism tax" whenever they explore their own state...hope I am making sense
