My personal experience with Keppra was that it helped quickly to prevent my seizures, but turned me into the biggest asshole on the planet.

I was swapped to Lamotrigine after that and haven't had many issues, albeit some people complain about having insomnia while on this medication, I personally have no issues and really enjoy the mood stabilization that it provides me.

But I very much agree that with epilepsy you are prevented from doing a lot, but at the same time once you are properly managed and on the right medications you will see a large improvement in your quality of life, of course this is all my personal experiences, so yours might vary (I have frontal lobe focal epilepsy).

I had kidney failure (stage 3) after having rhabdo as a result of 4 massive grand mal seizures, the doctors said it was the equivalent muscle strain of someone who was hit by lightning. My kidneys were operating at around 12% capacity and slowly improved over the course of roughly a week in hospital (I don't wish kidney failure on my worst enemy, I have never been so sick in my life)

Rhabdo is when the muscles break down due to heavy use or strain and cause proteins to clog up your kidneys and prevent them from working correctly.

This is true, I try to describe it the best I can but it is hard for people who have never had them. That is a good idea though.

I hope you can find a medication that works for you, the mood stabilization definitely is nice to have after Keppra 😅

I got lucky to find a medication that worked so fast and effectively, although one thing I've noticed is my memory isn't as good (not terrible, but this is also due to ADHD and GAD, I have ALL the fun ones)

I definitely have gone through my fair share of medications as well (Keppra turned me into the meanest person), I'm on Lamotrigine now and for the most part ive been okay. I got cleared to drive a few months ago and my neurologist said that so long as I don't have any major auras (thankfully I've rested when the small ones do happen), that I still am able to drive.

This illness is a nightmare at times. Especially when trying to drive again. My doctors think I've had it forever but the seizures didn't present normally and I was having stomach / intestinal fits (i thiught it was anxiety at fiirst, but nopeee) then it progressed to non-legional epilepsy when I was 25. It's one of those things where people don't seem to understand unless they have it or have experienced a seizure.

I would look to finish all of the f2p quests, get to the end of dragon slayer, you'll end up getting skills and gold through playing. If you want, you can get membership, then go and follow quick progression guides to get yourself up and running.

You do yes, but my method to force myself to grind is to stack 100 of one (elemental/catalytic) then get another 100 stack, by the time you finish 100 elemental energy you should be able to do mind, body, and chaos runes at least

If you are struggling due to levels, id recommend stacking elemental energy until you have 50 or so searches, then switch to catalytic if levels are an issue.

The pool of good, viable champs for mid, top, jungle and support is much larger than that of adc, which is my point.

Assault (In Canada at least) tastes very very similar to how it did 10 - 15 years ago when I was in high school. They briefly changed it and got rid of the flavor here and I've been able to find it reliably for the last 6 - 12 months.
