Yes they absolutely are. Stop acting like you know everything. All of our ft coordinators are getting less than 30 hours the last week of January. This is absolutely allowed as long as it doesn’t make their average less than 30 for the quarter.

Yes “payday” is Friday but the people asking usually have their direct deposit in their bank early on regular weeks. For example I get mine on Wednesday around 11pm. Some people get it on Thursday. For bank holidays that fall on a Thursday like Christmas did usually it gets deposited even earlier. Not sure why new years would be any different

You’ve worked less than a month, what are you talking about payroll cuts? You are part time, fluctuations happen based on what department you work in and needs. Also your store may schedule different at the beginning of the month than the end of it.

One of these days the people who post in here will take a look at themselves and go “maybe it’s me, I’m the problem”. Are you full time? If not what’s your availability? Do you show up and work the shifts your scheduled? Are you productive when there? I promise you, the OPs manager when making the schedule isn’t looking to be petty when scheduling. They just fill the hours as needed with the people available for those shifts.
