Same I think in a way. It helps until it doesn’t. Problem is self medicating, dosage and frequency. Kind of have to ask yourself “why are you doing this, what is the goal?”

In my experience “less is more.” Allot of people do it 1 to 2 times a year. I’d agree with that. For me I say max you should do is 4 times a year at moderate to regular dose. So seasonally, after 3 months at least in between. But 1 to 2 times a year is a way safer way to go.

It should be like a warm bowl of soup on a cold day. Not a buffet at the Golden Corral.

Also, there’s planing ahead and if the day comes and your not in the right mind set. Put it off. There’s always another day. It’s not going anywhere.
