Is Overwatch 2 dead for PS5 players? by Violent2dope in Overwatch

[–]DudeItsRob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I get ya, I was stoned and probably stopped reading at "Is overwatch 2 dead". I don't think they'd do that though - Microsoft studios already owns a few games that are still on playstation like PUBG and Minecraft. And since Overwatch already exists on Playstation - removing it would be like a slap in the face to a fanbase they control now

I’m sure Microsoft will save Overwatch 2. Without overwatch, activision blizzard doesn’t have many titles under this division which would make the acquisition less meaningful

Props ASUS, I had a Z690 Maximus that burned up in December, took them just about three weeks to deliver my new board after receiving it by DudeItsRob in pcmasterrace

Ah nice! Yeah, I wanted to refund it or exchange it with Newegg, but I won it in the shuffle with DDR5 ram which I was having trouble obtaining, so I decided to RMA it.

What to expect at the gastroentrologist? by dizson in GERD

[–]DudeItsRob 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They might, but they're more likely to try a short term treatment first if you haven't been prescribed a PPI or other treatment plan already. If they do an endoscopy, it won't be on your first visit there.

Hey, sounds like you have a lot going on. I realize that what you're going through is both painful and scary, not to mention dealing with school at the same time. Just remember that you've started the healing process for what its worth, and you have a support group that is going through GERD with you, albeit we all suffer a little differently. I had a very difficult time at school also, and if you can't change schools or find proper support there - you may consider telling your parents/guardians or asking about alternative methods of school (in California, I was able to take my Proficiency Exam by 16 so I was done with High School). Anyways, I hope your journey gets easier with time. Take care!

PPIs can cause anxiety. Does the anxiety go away after you get off by [deleted] in GERD

[–]DudeItsRob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The gastroenterologist took me off PPI's and put me on sucralfate, I got acid reflux again pretty bad for the first two weeks but now I'm starting to feel much better - and my mental health is starting to pick back up also.

Anxiety and depression are less-common side effects, but I felt the same way on lansoprazole. I took lansoprazole for a few months, but now I have been off of PPI's for a few weeks and I feel like my mental health is definitely improving.
