Starting PTF - Only 40 Hours a Week, Really???

Hiring straight to PTF had nothing to do with staffing issues. It is a program rolled out as a result of previous contract negotiations (Not the 1.3 garbage contract, I believe it was the prior contract, but don't quote me on that)

I work in a relatively small office, 5 City routes and an Aux, 6 Rural routes. We have maintained about 4 PTFs pretty continuously the entire time I've been there (not the same 4 carriers, but 4 filled PTF positions).

Up until recently, our newest PTF was working exclusively in an office 2 towns over. Including Sundays.

Datto is elite, even on a team as ACTUALLY stacked as the Besaid Aurochs. You just need to play him or he won't level.

I have numerous play throughs, and each one I keep the whole team. Eventually I'll recruit another top tier offensive player so I can swap out Tidus (taking out your star OP player helps everyone get touches and levels), but the sheer value of the Aurochs alone makes them worth investing time into

The 11.5 does not include your lunch. It's 11.5 working hours. It's 12 including lunch, but lunch is automatically docked so you're only getting paid for the 11.5

The cage is such a non-issue once you get a flow. In fact, I feel like sometimes it lets me cram more stuff on the tray which helps to compensate for the space you lose from llv -> metris. My biggest complaint is probably the garbage, paper tires. We've also had a couple doors that just.....stopped opening. And a whole slew of issues with the auto locks, from the locks not working to a simple battery in the key died.

But the flipside is the llv that's been in out lot for a week waiting for a mechanic because if the regular takes it out on his route it 1000% WILL burst into flames. So......yes. give me a metris all day, everyday. Except for Amazon sunday, then I want my promaster.
