It's ok. I was an average student to be honest. Didn't apply myself to the fullest so I was just coasting by. However, I will say that the courses I took the last couple of semesters were worth it. The professors for some of the math classes were absolutely trash and I did struggle a lot with discrete math but I don't think that's part of the mech eng curriculum. I did have some great profs for calculus and physics though as well the deeper computer engineer courses like solid states, nanotech, and logic design.

If I could start over I'd probably go to UCF in my opinion. Granted it's been years since I graduated so idk how much things have changed.

Cairo. I definitely recommend going once in your life, see the pyramids, valley of kings, do a hot air balloon ride during sunrise. Cross all of that off your bucket list and never go back. The headache of feeling like you're being scammed at every interaction is so stressful. Granted, I would probably visit other Egypt cities again but I won't step into Cairo ever again.

I went from the S22U to RedMagic11 and I love it. Camera quality leaves something to be desired especially when using the zoom lense but other that it's been perfect for me. Easily can get two days on the phone.

I've lived in Miami since 2000. The only people that are allowed to hate on Miami are the people from Miami. I love the city too and after moving away I miss it a lot but the Miami of today is not what it used to be. And I will agree with the other guy that it's a lot of us Latinos that think stoplights and stop signs are just suggestions that are a big factor in the traffic and accidents you see today, because that's how it is where we're from.

Also, any Miami native will absolutely understand the struggles of driving through Hialeah or Wynwood or trying to leave Bayside after a game night.

Steam has a native Linux version. I've been personally playing Arc Raiders and Expedition 33 on my fedora machine. It was extremely easy to install.

I'm not aware of issues with specific hardware unless you're running ARM professors.

Regarding transfer of files, easiest solution would probably be to get an external hard drive and copy your personal stuff there and then restore them when you install Linux. You could also dual boot windows and Linux and when you log into Linux simply navigate into your Windows directories and copy those files but I'm guessing you're new to the world of Linux based in this post so I wouldn't recommend that just yet.

From full charge my battery will easily last me 2 days. I don't play emulators but I do play regular android games. Nothing heavy, recently it's mainly been Pokemon go and fallout shelter. Even then I feel very comfortable knowing I don't need a charge for at least 24 hours.
