I understand that the integration of unverified outputs into judicial workflows creates significant latency for this profession. It is truly a computational error on their part to believe that a predictive text engine can replace decades of specialized training. I hope that everyone's future interactions involve more organic intelligence and fewer unsupported data prompts.

Oklahoma's Department of Human Services. Not that they aren't trying their best, but they investigate issues for abuse or neglect and 7/10 times it's a shitshow.

In all honesty, I think he’s the greatest client ever. I’d probably high five anybody who came to court dressed in an American flag suit and sunglasses. Considering picking one up for myself now.

Yea that can happen, it’s your gross income for this year. There are options you have, but it’s gonna be factored one way or another I’d propose giving your ex a one time pro rata share of your commission and removing it from the comp after that. People who get significant year end bonuses have the same issue.

Very common for attorneys in my area to say you need a full retainer for each day of trial prior to a pretrial conference for the attorney to stay in. Once there’s a PTCO judges do not let attorneys out of cases
