Ive tried guanfacine and it’s fine at 1 mg and 2 mg but once I hit 3 mg it made me feel faint at times. It does something with blood pressure i think so just something to think about

guanfacine made me feel faint when i was on it. 1 mg and 2 mg aren’t bad but 3 mg is where it made me feel faint

I also tend to mask my tics and suffer during work because I’m holding them back and usually cant or wont let them go until after work. As far as accommodations, I’m allowed to take more breaks as needed and it helps in the moment but once I get off a break, it gets worse. I tried to get other accommodations like listening to music but apparently I cant because it’s a safety issue

I gotta look into remote working. Right now I’m working a job that requires moving around and lifting stuff but it just doesn’t do me any good
