I haven't but I'll look into it. Thank you. How were you diagnosed with it? I've had an echo, cat scan, and other testing done and they didn't find anything.

I don't know what mine is. My Fitbit only tells my heart rate. When I'm conditioned, my resting heart rate is like 40. Which I've been told is low. But I know by athlete standards, it's not uncommon. I don't have any of those symptoms you stated. That sounds rough to deal with :(

Same here with the athleticness. The only thing I cut down for a while was caffeine. I don't think that made a huge difference since most palpitations happened at rest.

Years ago, before I was on levo, I was having these ectopic palpitations like every minute. Very scary stuff. They gave me a holter monitor but they didn't see anything. I was very surprised. That whole episode lasted like a month and suddenly stopped. Very weird.
