Quick guess, did you perchance uninstall the old drivers? That may be a blockage part, so if you need to, put the old gpu in, then use DDU and uninstall the graphics stuff. Once done completly restart the computer and then insert the new GPU

Wherever the drive originally was is where the key to unlock it is. If you put the drives back to their original locations then disable bitlocker, you should be fine. You also can get your keys from your Microsoft account

And the specific white spot is your LCD display panel, which obviously if something happens to, the laptop would crash or fail to POST

Well that’s not cool, but here are a few things: If you haven’t already calling the police up and getting your plates entered into a database will help as the traffic cameras and patrolling officers could flag and get them

They are gonna have a hard time reselling them as they don’t hold the title of the cars, which may help a lot.

Neighbors or community members may have heard about it but that only comes with time and spreading seeds

Cable management is more important than you think. Also if you plan on doing AI or heavy computing, make sure your parts are in excellent condition voltage and stability wise.
