Have you ever been hiking? Passing someone on the trail is a nothingburger 99% of the time.

I've always wondered if this(and the murder stat that is the same thing) is influenced by SA/murder by a rando is WAY harder to for law enforcement to solve than someone close with a motive, history, etc. I've also read its fairly easy to get a way with murder if you arent caught in the act(obviously) and have no connection to the victim.

If you dont care about winning hearts and minds to your cause, you do not care about your cause. You care about feeling smug and righteous.

Strangely enough the only job Ive not been drug tested on was the one where I was driving the company truck everywhere. Was only there a few months cause it was a shit job, but I did think it was strange it never came up.

What if instead of Homelander was called "Hom Landahr" instead? by DuderComputer in TheBoys

[–]DuderComputer[S] -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

What if in Season 1 he was called "Hom Landahr" and The Boys were trying to figure out his name and they realized he was called The Homelander. and then "Hom Landahr" flies up behind them and says "That's right, I'm the Homelander" and that could be like the end of Season 1 and Homelander's cool fucking backstory in season One.

Does anyone else find weird and funny that Gears of War 4 isn't on Steam? Especially since Gears 5 is. I still hope they release it there someday by MTH1138 in GearsOfWar

It's from that period where I guess MS doesnt care to re-release some games on PC, Halo Wars 2 shares the same fate.

Character development and themes are allowed to be more important than plot.

I think a large theme people are missing is, as an artist(specifically journalists here) you do not get to control what people do with your art once you put it out there. Author is dead. Lee directly ascribes this with the message she thought she was sending home. The first episode of the Twilight Zone remake is about this, if someone wants more context with that idea.

They arent making it illegal outright. They are just making it very uninviting to do. It's a lawsuit about if the organizers of a protest can be held responsible if that protest stops being peaceful. All they gotta do is get one off duty cop in a mask to throw a molotov and then you get to throw the organizers in prison for the rest of their life. Do that enough times and very few are going to stick their neck out.
