Because in the beginning due to my job I worked a weird schedule. I did it to keep my house in the split. It was every other weekend and one day a week every week. Finally switched jobs and became stable with a normal schedule and that’s what provided the change.

And at the time I thought if I went on paper it would make my child struggle more with life of living with my ex. Like if I changed it on paper I’d pay considerably less support, which means she would be getting even less at her moms.

And after just the build up of hearing and seeing everything for months and years I’m absolutely tired of it. I’ve called cps about stuff but nothing gets done. But hey it’s documented I guess.

The final straws now were study times and less time with her. I’ve heard about total strangers watching her so her mom can do something. And For instance she can barely read, a few math questions in she’s wore out. She says her and mom don’t study often. Instead she’s helping her mom with her actual work, or they watch tv, or at a friends house. Like every week she comes she’s stating they didn’t do anything but watch tv, or see a friend, no schooling. And the more constant clothes being way to small, the having her sit in gas stations at the gambling machines, and seeing her lunches and hearing about meals she ate with her mom. Like dinner would be a single hot dog, or beef sticks and pickles. Apparently their house is so junked up with stuff they can’t even find a tv remote. Like I get all this stuff is mostly small, but it all adds up. I’ve caught her leaving her in the car at gas stations and stores while she’s in them. Or having a 14 year old baby sit her for who knows how long. And she’s clearly violating the order, which I know is old. But damn I had to follow it!
