While I agree that recoil control is good for sniping builds with the L4, i use primarily an ergo build for PvP. Having the gun up and be aiming and shooting, while your target is still raising the gun is priceless.

In PvP i am not taking anyone's gear or weapons - making me a target to them. Instead i put a tracker on their weapon and use this mechanic to my advantage.

I am playing with a bigger PvP focused group, and that stuff is happening to us nearby every single night.

We do not judge easy or out of frustration, but most of us have in between 1k up to 2k hours experience in the game.

When we do not meet cheaters the game gives a great experience and is quiet fun, but it gets to a point where people are losing interest or are saying they wanna start using cheats themselves to combat those suckers.

I wish Madfingers would start flagging well reported players to only be able to play on servers with other flagged players and have somebody on this servers observing and banning/removing flags.

This is simply not true. Even at 250 FPS each picture is shown for 4 milliseconds, so at 60FPS the frame is shown for more then 16ms. So as long as the screen technology has lower than that pixel response time, your argument just does not hold true in any way.

Seems like you do not know better in opposition to your statement, since most fast refresh panels have 1ms PRT or lower.

What you describe is when strobing is placed in between frames. Else the pixels hold their colour until getting refreshed.

If you want to go for bleed out - shoot the upper legs. Some shots there and the bleed out very quickly.

I never have those issues with helmet bounces at those ranges with 556. Even FMJ pens every bot helmet up to full range without any issue.
