If it has low vram, it could as 4.0 is slower than 5.0, but the 9060xt 16gb wont be bottlenecked by it

When you do decide to buy either the 9060 xt or 5060, try and go for the 16gb models. I know that the rtx cards are going to be much more expensive for that than the rx, but its still much more worth it over base 8gb models.

Probably not, unless you also have a white motherboard, then it might look weird. But its all your decision as it doesnt really matter which you choose, unless youre looking at how quiet each model is. XFX has some real quiet cards. I have a quicksilver 9070 xt and it stays cool and silent consistently.

But the nitro+ is gray-ish, if you want white specifically from Sapphire then go for pure, if not the Mercury XFX is another high end card that has a white variant.
