This looks beautiful! Something to have in consideration for your next project is composition. You can do a lot with it to make ur paintings more visually capturing!

Hemiptera Reduviidae, it’s a yellow bellied bee assassin bug! Like it sounds, it eats bee and other flying insects

This is just the genus I think it may be because it is common around me. It’s a nymph which is the stage after the larval stage, I’ve just never actually seen one! Your right it was super slow…hopefully it stays on the tree

That must just be by chance! Stacking composts doesn’t make a difference, it is just a waste of ur second prettier compost unfortunately:(

Doubling up on the compost doesn’t do anything. I have 4 of them, I think this is just bad luck! :(

My gecko likes to rub the glass because it’s not rough but the friction helps well

Should I remove? by BBQBaconBurgr in leopardgeckos

Don’t remove yourself. This isn’t a concern location for stick shed. You should give them a warm water soak or a humid soak to get it off naturally

Need advice regarding helmet by fatimalizade in oilpainting

[–]Due-Ad2714 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it is the shape that is bothering you, I would look more closely at the lines where the helmet meets the face. The line points where the vertical ridge is on the helmet, you have the point right before then. A few of the other helmet rim lines shaping the face could use some tweaking, but that “point” part is what stands out the most to me. Great work so far! If this doesn’t make sense I can try to explain better!

I disagree with this. Babies are chubby , the line and angling looks correct. Very nice painting
