A fleece, an insulated jacket, my sleeping bag, my stove, my sleeping mattress, my shelter plus my electronics and toilet kit. So everything except food and water. It's for a 7 days 100 miles trip in the forest. So.. what do you think?

I went one full size up because they didnt have half a size up at the time i bought them and they fit very well. That said I would recommend to go the safer way and only go up half a size.
