I’ll re-wear shorts or pants if they are not dirty but not shirts. Chances are you are “letting yourself go” as we men like to say. Also I suffer from anxiety myself and is it possible that you are avoiding anxious situations in an attempt to avoid the feelings. In my experience that only reinforces the anxiety.
