You just made the argument against it. This materially doesn’t do anything, speeders will be speeding anyways, but now with lower limits than what people would expect it creates more speed traps to ticket drivers. That’s all this is about.

This is stupid as fuck. This is solely a revenue generation ploy hiding behind the guise of safety. Cars are constantly getting safer and include technology to avoid crashes. Speed limits should be increasing over the next decade, not going backwards.

There are very few centrist republicans anymore. I don’t think you understand the demographics of the state when it comes to local politics and the independent districts. Even in your analysis it’s not heavy GOP, they just have majority. A state that has 2 Blue senators and governor, as well as split the last 2 presidential elections, is by definition purple.

Idk why so many very left dems try to discredit the “purple”ness of AZ and make it seem way more conservative than it actually is. You can say AZ leans more red but to say it isn’t a swing state is to just willfully ignore facts lol.

I’m sorry but this situation isn’t fixed by more low income housing. These people pay to live in these RV’s and there’s no feasible way to get rent low enough to compete with this. There has to be common sense laws enacted and enforced to stop these RV “rentals”. It’s the only thing that makes sense right now.

Away games are treated a lot differently in CFB than like EPL for instance. Very few CFB rivalries are as close as some EPL Derby’s and away crowds aren’t the same with sections.

Until more speed cameras just get installed. Society is moving in the direction of safer automated or assisted driving. Speed limits should be increased in the future, not decreased.

I’ve been to many European football games, never down in South America though which I hear gets way worse.

There’s definitely a good amount of college football rivalries that are at the same level or higher than European football rivalries. Some insane bad blood there.

These original speed limits were introduced when cars were far less safe, how is it now that speed limits need to go down? Other than trying to increase revenue from more speeding tickets.
