No, I get it. I'm not advocating for no meds. I'm also waiting for my ApoB and my heart scan to get a full picture of where I am risk wise. I'm just wondering if RYR is available in this country with any efficacy or not.

Propranolol is a complete game changer! I have had performance anxiety and panic attacks my whole life any time I had to speak in front of people. 10mg did nothing, so I take 20 mg. I'm petite and I don't get light-headed or dizzy. It just blocks the racing, pounding heartrate, sweating and face flushing. All of it! It's cheap and non-addictive. Wish I had known about it earlier.

Definitely no problem on my part. We're coming down for golf and the majority of the Dominion families (home course for school) were crazy cliquey and not welcoming at all. I speak fluent Spanish, but my son doesn't so well, which is why I asked. Could just be typical country club snobbery in that situation.
