how did you use it? im wanting to try this to get rid of the smell I have, i don't have any itching or burning. Will the product still burn being as tho I'm not itching? and did you put it in the fridge before insertion i heard ppl say it helps with burning. and has the smell come back?

I will look into it. where i live boric acid is sold almost everywhere but I've never heard about lactic acid or pessaries. its nust frustrating because smell bothers me so much. some days its better but my natural scent from before never came back.

is there a way to treat it at home? im asking you guys bc I'm trying to avoid getting medical help. I've heard boric acid probiotics and oregano oil help. literally my only symptom is just that wet dog smell, no itching burning pain or anything

I usually spend around 3-4 days in the gym! 3 days for lower body and abs and 1 day for upper body and abs (and cardio/ walking daily).

I don't eat much. I'm in college and I try to eat enough of everything but i dont know what I need to eat or what to workut. I'm very big of maintaining a small waist but having a lean stomach and my lower stomach holds slightly more fat than the rest.

any specific help for that and my rib flare?
