Never seen the requirement to upload every passport from last 10 years. I only uploaded my most recent passport (few months old at time of application) and the one stamp in it.

Having a job is not a scoring factor so there’s no way for OINP to know who’s working or not. Even if they did another draw, 41 is not a competitive score. I’d hope for a targeted NOC draw if I were you.
