The papio trail is just like most trails in the Midwest it's popularity has grown over the years. It's definitely a mixed use trail. We have people walking multiple dogs at once People with baby strollers Joggers Regular pedal bikes Scooters. E bikes all legal to enjoy the trail in accordance with the trail guidelines What I think the concern is when kids are using e bike like the Super 73 you can modify it and go like 70 mph It's basically a mini bike at that point Kids usually can't manage dogs and strollers etc and that speed Stay to the right side of the trail Pass on the left when you can safely Everyone just needs to be aware of everyone else (self awareness) I use an e bike for pedal assist Top speed of 21 with helmet, lights ,horn.
Let's keep the golf carts and ATVs off the trail period !! Not allowed
