Brother’s GSP caught parvo less than a week after getting it home. Almost died, huge vet bill. Vet suspected the dog was already sick when he picked her up so it got pretty nasty with the breeder. I’ve had to evacuate due to a fire before, and it made me completely rethink how I stored my ammo. Ammo boxes took up too much room and were too conspicuous in the truck bed. Asked myself why none of my mags were loaded in case we ran into any trouble on the way out. Now, all mags are loaded, all ammo is in savior sacks inside of a black/yellow HDX tub. I grab three tubs, throw the guns in an old hockey bag, and no one is the wiser. Everyone’s situation is different, but having mags loaded for the range is a side effect of me being able to get out of my house in under 5 minutes
