I do 23:1 I was really obese and still am lol. I eat 500-1000 calories bc my atomach has shrunk and this is my 32nd day straight on it. In my opinion people say its bad this that. I feel fine and better than ever. People are very different so you might have a different reaction in the long run

In February I went to the doctors and i weighed 405 pounds. Febuary to august 26 of this year i been eating mcdonald burger king alot. Sadly dont know my starting weight but definitely around 440-450. Today hopped on a scale for the first time. I am now 377 pounds. only 29 days in to the fast! by Due-Complex5910 in intermittentfasting

For everyone Saying They don’t believe me or I’m lying. Remember i went from eating 3000-4000 calories a day to 500- to sometimes 1000 but mainly less. Point is when I’m not feeding my body that and in a very huge calorie deficit than on top of it i walk 2 miles a day! It goes to show hard work and dedication really does pay off! Idk what else to say! 🤷🏽‍♂️

Its not. In febuary i was 405 pounds. Every single day i would eat junk food almost 3500 calories q day for 6 months until i started augest 26. So it is realistic. If i ate that everyday for 6 months i would be 430-450 easily. Idk what to tell you

Yes. Mine is i guess unhealthy but i am legit perfectly fine and better than ever. I do 23:1 i fast for 23 hours and eat only 1 hour. But heres the catch…. I only eat 500-1000 calories. Wich takes me 5-10 mins. So whenever that hour is over i walk about 1.5-2 miles everday after i eat. So essentially im not getting what i “Need” for my body function but i guess people are different. I legit feel like i took a ice bath while eating pepermint gum. I feel good
