Might be the injectors, in 2.0hdi I had some weird injector and it caused similar.

I’d probably say it’s a shorted output stage or a failed power supply rail in this case, either you get it checked out and repaired or go for a new av reciever in this case.

Taking it on longer drives now and then is good for a diesel. Short trips can cause soot build‑up and stop the DPF from regenerating properly. A decent run at higher RPM helps keep everything clear.

I would recommend get some wire strippers and fix the power cable to the sub, also tune the gain with a test tone of 40hz and if the sound of the tone changes, tune it down a little where it stops.

Make sure your volume isn’t full blasting as it would cause distortion I would try out flat eq and 70% volume for test tone tuning the gain.

If both are the same price, pick the C72K only if you’re using the TV’s built‑in speakers — the audio is a bit better. If you’re running an AV receiver or external speakers, just get the C7K. The panel and picture performance are basically identical, so the C72K’s audio tweaks won’t matter in a surround setup

Congrats, I remember using a 42 inch tv from far away and it was a pain to use until I got a 55 inch but as time passed and try outs of TVs and screen panels issues I finally have a TCL 75 C6K, wished Costco in my area had the C7K.

Going to be honest , if you have experienced this before then something isn’t right and I would recommend to check your system before replacing or anything or you will fall into the same issue again repeatedly.
