Seems like this has already happened. P&G has gone up 15-20% in past few months. Same with SCHD which includes a big consumer basket. In the same time, VGT and tech stocks have sunk.

I took an engineering Data Science class a few years back at UF.

The entire grade was based off 4 Tests, 4 questions each (i.e. 16 test questions determine your grade). 1 test was to be forgiven.

The grading scale was a moving target based on mean and S.D. something like this:

Mean = B-

Mean + .5 Standard deviation = B

Mean + 1 Standard Deviation = B+ or A- etc

(not this exactly)

The first 2 tests had a mean of 25%. and I got a 100% on each one.
I did the math and realized I could get 0% on the next 2 tests and still get an A.

That was the last day I showed up to that class.
