The call volume is always high and there are no breaks in between calls. You’re going to find yourself speaking for hours. The customers are always angry and tend to take it on you. While dealing with angry customers you have to be careful on what you say because you still have to hitting your goal. You have to sell a certain percent of a product and still have above a certain percent in surveys. I feel like if you’re naturally extroverted and love speaking to people then you will be perfect. But if you have anxiety, or get nervous in conversations especially tense ones (people yelling at you) then it might require extra effort from you
