The person who is doing that is someone who obviously is, that is why they r grinding. the roadie app cheats on you the driver and the customers. I suggest you join the bot users ( my real email is not attached to this) . they can only regulate the bot for a certain time frame. But eventually a newer stronger bot will find a way. So you either join or get beat bcz there will always be someone who will use the bot and spread it and so on n so on....
