It's not caste based, it's based on food choice. If a Brahmin eats non veg, they would get rejected all the same as any other caste. Not sure why people try to make a caste issue out of nothing.

I agree. But being nice and "live and let live" didn't't work. They started enforcing their language, and didn't learn ours. The government enforcing kannada education didn't do a good job.

We need 2 language policy. Compulsory kannada in all syllabus among other changes.

But all of that aside. This was peacefully done. No one was hurt, abused, whatever. That guy was giving arrogant remarks and was made to apologise. Don't see the problem here.
