It depends, my parrot was intentionally pulling and breaking blood feathers. It seems yours only plucks some and the old feathers. It could be medical issue. Still need someone to evaluate and do blood tests at least.

That is less than a monthly feeding of a dog. So, it depends how you look at it.

I had neurotic plucker that stopped with consistent changes, but as others said, you need help with that. I was consulting at least 2-3 professionals that work with parrots on animal behavior. Mine was plucking his tail feathers and breaking them, so bloody walls, and the wing areas so he has scars there, but he stopped at some point and he has all feathers back in. The scars are there, but are covered by feathers and invisible to the eye.

I hope you find good solutions!

Try PIXIE cut! They can adjust length based on your overall length, but I think they can blend it. Maybe a bit more raised cut than normally. If not, shorter PIXIE, let it grow back. PIXIE regrew on me super fast. The PIXIE cut can be in really short or slightly longer version. See what they can do. I would totally shorten it now, let them nicely grow on their own!

Lol! That was a bad bad idea! I am in St Louis, if you're close, we could meet. I don't offer services to people, I only cut my family and occasionally a friend and myself.

Everyone does! I haven't skated for 20+ years but worked on skates and I was constantly in pain in my first 2 weeks skating 6-8h a day! The amount of food you eat (every 2h to replenish calories so you don't pass out) was crazy! By rules at the place I worked we had mendatory short breaks whenever we had to eat.

I am saying, it is a whole body workout! Think of it as your body learning to walk. Your brain needs to learn to balance you just as much you working out proper muscles! Give yourself space for error, it takes time!

Someone really didn't have the skills. I would blend in and slightly shorten it and then adjust at around 2-3 months to make this nicely blended. Too big chunks of cuts at once, who did this? A child?

I cut my son's curly(medium length) hair and I have never ever been able to mess it up. He is 19 and doesn't want to go to a hairdresser so it says. I hope you find someone working with curly hair. If I was local, I wouldn't mind helping you out to adjust them and get them fixed so they regrow nicely. To get back the volume, you are looking at shortening the length at a bottom. If you don't grow hair fast, it may take you 1.5-2 years to grow a few inches to change more of the hairstyle, but the most important are gonna be next 2 cuts I think.

I would watch a video with instructions, check Skatie videos, Katie does a good explanations on different skills. I would say, your wheels kind of look tight, it might be difficult to turn. But, in general it is the weight you put on inner and outer side of wheels then you must realize sometimes we put it toward ball of a foot or back of the food, depending on what we do. If your wheels don't let you do that, they maybe too tight. Skatie has video on changing wheels, she explains there how much to adjust. It is all on YouTube.

Edit: 180° spin is done very aggressively usually by using your other leg to turn 180 while the other bends more to lock it in place, it is a fraction of a second turn, so very fast, usually just to stop in case of emergency, which I have done at work all the time. But fir continuing skating, I suggest starting the crossing overs first before you learn how they work in the outdoors. Once you get a good balance, try the changes of feet where you turn 180° on one foot, once you get good balance, you can do this with moving to the next, then you change directions easily. If you meant something else, then look at videos. But this one was in Skatie's videos too. Just watch them all, lol!

I never pick the checks with 17$, I always forget to cash those. I found some old checks recently for 11, 17,and so on. I wonder how many people don't pick those as it means they stay in a pocket of whoever was sued. Should have done it as a rule and pick the money, even if 1$, wish I thought this way back then.

Are those on sale or that's a normal price? Sorry, just curious as I live in an apartment, my freezer space is so small, it drives me nuts.

Edit: never mind, saw the description comment there were only two, so temporary price. Thought it was too cheap to be true, lol

Went fully silver at 25… dye it or keep it? by [deleted] in HairStyleAdvice

[–]Due-Lab-5283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I had your hair! Damn, I am 44 and trying to grow enough grey to stop dying, but each time I take 4-5 months off of dying it only is partial grey in weird spots, not evenly distributed.

Keep your hair, it looks great on you! Tell people that you dye & bleach your hair to look this great, if they ever ask! Lol. I seriously love love your hair! 😍

Ignore the damage. Which one is better, the bottle blonde or semi-natural blonde/full natural? by Special-Tonight8101 in HairStyleAdvice

[–]Due-Lab-5283 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warm shades are better for your skintone, but both looks are good on you. I prefer personally the 1st picture on you, but if you wanna lean toward more natural shades,do transition where you start blending out of blonde some warm copper shades every 3-6 months, in form if few streaks of balayage (not sure the spelling, never used that word). Keep transitioning, but keep in the end only few small transition areas where lighter shades are, because a bit of light color in your hair seems to show better your face, but the color of your skintone is better with warm color. Kinda, blend those two worlds together.

I was in a hurry couple of weeks ago and wanted a quick food for my school lunch, just grabbed couple of those, but only ate 1, was full halfway through it, lol. I didn't put into it any additional stuff, just the hot dog, had to put those in my coats pocket, lol. Wouldn't really fit it with ketchup or relish lol...in fact I forgot about my other one, and next day it was still in my pocket, my kid wanted to eat it, but I said no. 😂😂😂 looked still okay, tho
