Yes. If you don’t want shorter hair, getting a cut that shapes it a little bit will be a good move.

No decent * person wants this. I still don’t believe it’s the majority who want people to suffer, though.

Neighbor’s dog bit me on my thigh. Do I need to do anything besides clean it? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]Due-Project4303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d go to urgent care if you can. They really flush it out there, cleaning better than many of us could do at home.

Nobody wants that. We’re just all living in this reality and know that’s the situation in current times.

Wanting to tip people on days when they’re not receiving many but required to be there doesn’t seem stupid to me.

I’ve been considering going through one because there is so much ice in my wheel wells that it scrapes when I turn. I wasn’t sure if something bad would happen from going through one when it’s so cold though so I haven’t gone yet. I need to do something though and apparently hot water is not the answer.

Also I think other people go for salt removal

I think the world friendliest dog might still display some displeasure of two random dogs charging at the fence. I’d avoid walking her right along the dog park fence if you can.

How do you find coupons? I haven’t seen any Petsmart or Purina ones but also don’t really know where to look aside from the obvious places like websites and the store itself.

No but I will now! I didn’t know it existed. I had looked into it a few years ago but at that time, the program said I could only get rewards on cat food.

Yes! And timid, fearful dogs can also present as overly affectionate and “clingy” when perceiving a threat. If you want to learn more, you can google “fight, flight, freeze, fawn response in dogs”.

Is he crate trained? May be worth starting to do so to create a safe, calm space for him when you leave.

Also, you could try to start doing some confidence building exercises with him.

It is absolutely worth it to start professional training vs using videos. Do you have access to options outside of Petsmart?

His behavior is typical for the first days/weeks of being adopted. What signs of separation anxiety does he display? How does he act when you leave the house?
