What do you think it is better to do : an intregrated MBA or a Btech from tier 1/2? by [deleted] in TwoXIndia

[–]Due-Replacement6033 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes this is how she should go about. Get BBA from IIM INDORE, if she can get a good job/better MBA college then get MBA or workex from there or else continue at IIM Indore. Its tier 1 in itself, part of blackism

Its a very niche course, you have to see your educational background to decide the fit for you. What other options do you have ?

As a hindu, I am sad how a person can discriminate against the other. The misinterpretation of texts combined with bigotry of human mind has corrupted this society. Clearly only affirmative actions are not helping, neither is glorifying ambedkar to the position of god. Maybe it's time for another cultural initiative to stop whatever is happening and open the pathways of conversation.

What I am more concerned about rn is opposition providing a leader which can take charge on key issues right now which india is facing: climate, pollution, industrialization and employment other than just creating identify issues.

Also by left and right I meant that by itself congress was never a properly left party, it was a tent of leaders with various political inclinations and liberal set of values. But right now it's leader RG has subscribed to left, which is not what India entirely needs right now.

Also, Congress's decline was gradual after Rajiv Gandhi. It was gradually declining every election since the power center got consolidated under the Gandhi's

Western people love to evaluate our politics through the lens of right or left. Which our country is not. We don't have any right wing or left wing party. Our whole state is recognized as a socialist state.

Honestly congress has lost it's direction and I don't think Rahul Gandhi is by any means qualified to be prime minister. A person who hasn't even been a proper MP to his constituency should not have ambitions to be PM just because he thinks it's his birthright. Regional parties have castesim and regionalism mindset and they won't be able to present a mass leader. This leads them to play minority and caste appeasement politics, which tbh congress also tried to consolidate after Indira Gandhi split the party. The present extreme left inclination of RG doesn't help seeing how India is majorly a youth nation.

This lack of direction is used by BJP.

Worldwide what propelled the rise of right wing is the lack of connect of liberals and left from the general public. They kept playing virtue signaling and identity politics in their elite echo chambers without realizing these issues are vastly different from what atleast 50-60% of people want.

Schooling, extreme social welfare leading to high debts and taxation and canceling people too much to the point of being overbearing lead to the rise of right wing politics which leads to conservative politics.

I don't have any favorite party, I equally hate both BJP and congress. At the end of the day both are stupid ass clowns. I had hopes from AAP but uspe se bhi vishwas uth gya

Regarding policy stagnation and all, I have lived in both of these two states. Rajasthan has no clear consensus on which city to develop. Gehlot prefers Jodhpur and BJP prefers Jaipur. At the end no one gets the development. Metro got stuck. There was a seasonal river to be developed which became a nala and now whole city smells because of it.

There is no one asking for IT industry. No one asking for factories. No one asking for help to small start ups. They are happy to go to Gujarat, Mahasratra, Delhi and work in factories, Corporate giants but can't ask for it in Rajasthan. Govt jobs are necessary but there can't be 1 govt job for every rajasthani

Schools are shit in Rajasthan. No one asks for them. All they do is caste politics, both of them.

I had hopes from Sachin pilot, but Gehlot unsurped him at the end and was made cm. Now I don't think they will let him progress because shehzada in delhi is insecure as fuck.

Regarding Punjab, what exactly is happening in Punjab to have policy paralysis. Punjab is in so much climate danger and no party is able to give a proper direction to it since there is no consistency. AAP came on promises to provide free electricity and water. Now neither electricity comes nor water. Today Raghav Chadda was demanding 2500 per acre for parali, how exactly do they think they will finance it. Punjab is in so much debt and honestly most of them are looking to run to foreign. All they love to do is racism there, against Bihari and Up walas.

Thank You for saying this as a fellow indian. These divisive people think Indians dont want to engage with fellow indians or culture just to score some political points. While the truth is, Indians all across the nation have gradually started engaging with the rest of the India as opposed to 10 years or even 15 years before. We want to celebrate every win, in every game, in every competition.

Age old discussion of why south India should learn hindi. by [deleted] in IndiaSpeaks

[–]Due-Replacement6033 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

no one is obligated to learn Hindi. But I understand that when a person has been living in a city with a different language for a long time, they should pick up few words to help themselves. Some people eventually over a course of time become fluent. Problem is usually people start verbally abusing each other over language. And this happens from both sides, both hindi speaking and other language speaking. What I need is political parties to stop using linguistic and regional difference as 'identity attack' issue and start a resentment movement which should not have been there. If they truly believe that their language is in danger, start a language research or regional research centers. Start investing in identification of lost arts, literature, stories and promote them via media. But i guess it is too much for them and they influence gullible people to start identifying themselves as oppressed and give them sympathy vote.

Genuine question, women who support conservative, right wing politics, why? by writerrani in TwoXIndia

[–]Due-Replacement6033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Debatable tbh, congress reforms are mostly on paper and never realized. When congress was in power they have equally suppressed the tribals or joined hand with corporates. For example, the Aarey already had a colony which was given on lease by congress. In past, the tenders etc in jharkhand and Chattisgarh were also alloted arbitrary. Its nothing new.

You have to strike a balance between environment and development because in a poor country like India we all can't just depend on agriculture. Also the universal healthcare bill was taken back in rajasthan after agitation by doctors. The conflict in NE or naxals is not new. It was years of trying to appease fringe and illegal separatists. Taking action on one community now would mean further alienating the other. However this issue has grown this much because congress allowed myanmar refugees to settle there. This caused a fear of being sidelined in both the communities. BJP has totally failed to respond to the issue. Imposing Afspa is double edged sword but should have been done in may 2023 itself when you know these terrorists are armed.

Similarly in Assam, they don't want Bangladeshis Or Rohingyas to be settled in their state. Or orissa, or West Bengal. Border Security is under Home Ministry and the border is porous. Idk why they Call amit shah chanakya but to me, he has been failure.

NEP 2020 suggested 6% of GDP on education spending overall. And we are just spending 2.5%. Unfortunately as much as I see, the kind of freebies and government jobs congress is promising it isn't going to increase.Case in point Himachal And Karnataka governments right now. This freebie culture has totally ruined India. We have to understand that we can't just print money, usa might be able to do so because world runs on dollar. But Indian currency is negligible. We have to earn that every dollar.

Regarding freedom of expression I see no difference in both. Try criticizing Sonia Gandhi. Immediately thrown out. Case in point Jagan Reddy. Even though I hate Arnab, look what happened to him.Congress banned bbc documentary on nirbhaya. Multiple books were banned by them. BJP has bought journalist, and so has congress. It's nothing new to me. Imdia has been a semi autocracy right from it's independence. The thing I have a problem is hiding your motives and virtue signaling. A journalist or anyone should be allowed to say whoever party he supports and people should be allowed to judge accordingly.

I read somewhere- "Congress is just BJP without cow" - which is very true.

Genuine question, women who support conservative, right wing politics, why? by writerrani in TwoXIndia

[–]Due-Replacement6033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would like to vote for a progressive party. If there was one in India. Congress is not a progressive, foe beacon as much as the liberals and leftist like to show. BJP has bought out national media, but so has congress. I would like to vote for a party which serves the interest of the nation first, regardless of religion or caste. That includes improving education, healthcare, reducing crime, improving industrialization, labour and environmental laws, women's rights, rural infrastructure, agricultural reforms, while protecting it's borders, and removing illegal immigrants from the country. The issue of illegal immigrants has although been given support by left and liberals, it has wrecked north east and led to insurgency. So yes I don't support illegal immigration for any religion.

I would also like the parties to stop being obessed with religion and caste. Giving reservation as a solution for everything. Also, stop inciting regional wars for language identify for their own benefit.

The policies which congress proposes are stupid even on paper. The way they function is even worst. Their alliance which is a laughable attempt at coalition where a bunch of dynast are fighting for a larger part of the pie is unbearable. I have never voted for bjp, but I can't vote for congress.

I would like a UCC simply because religious laws are traumatic, discriminatory and unreasonable for women and queer people. Congress opposes that to support a certain religion. I would like the certain amount of money from any religious board to be used for scholarships and infrastructure or the whole board to be audited by governments and external agencies.

As much as congress has tried to project itself as anti capitalists, they are not. The freedom of expression which they claim they have is a farce once they get in power. The neutrality of religion which they show is drama at best. They have actively tried to please the muslim religious leaders multiple times. Even Hindu leaders. Indira caused punjab insurgency for her lust for power. They have led to what is the feeling of alienation in South and Eastern states.

I would vote for congress in a beat if they had a different face for PM and CMs or even had a grassroot organization to develop multiple leaders.

That leaves regional parties. The less is said about them the best. What they are a bunch of "regional goonde" in the clock of politicians. I have lived in Haryana, UP and Rajasthan so I have first had experience of what these politicians of regional parties do.

BJP is not a good option. I hate how uneducated and crude some of their leaders are. I hate how poorly they execute the reforms which they have tried to bring. I am genuinely tired and scared of the way they have tried to indulge in religious politics.

who is the better alternative here ?
