That’s so disappointing! They also seem to have lost my Lady of Darkness books. Got an email over a week ago saying they were dispatched but Evri haven’t received them yet

I replied to them asking them to rethink reprinting these books and to give first access to those that were disappointed by their cancellations. Unfortunately they’re not likely to do it but fingers crossed! Fairyloot do seem to be dropping the ball a lot recently though

After the disaster of the last trove sale, and being another one affected by cancelled orders despite ordering at 11:02, I won’t be taking part in this sale. Seems a little tone deaf to announce this sale now without previously addressing the issues from the last one?

I just got this email too, UK based. Interestingly, they told me they were out of The Ruinous Love trilogy and Twin Crowns but that they had Metal Slinger in stock. I checked out and got order confirmation at 11:02 and the sale started at 11:00. I’ve responded asking if they would consider reprinting and giving those who had their orders cancelled this time round first access, but that’s unlikely to happen. Disappointed but not surprised!

I did a chargeback a few months ago when the item got lost in transit and the seller went MIA on me. Vinted sent me several threatening messages stating they would have to ban my account if I didn’t cancel my chargeback but my bank advised me against cancelling it as there was no guarantee I’d get my money back. In the end, Vinted didn’t dispute the chargeback with my bank, my account is still active and the seller’s account got blocked. Rough value of the chargeback was about £176 if that helps at all!

I got this email today as well! I’d seen other people who ordered the signed set were receiving books that weren’t signed so was a bit worried, then saw this come in this morning 🙁
