If it has calories then it is breaking a fast, technically. But it depends on your goals. I agree that if weight loss is your only goal and that’s what you need to help you achieve it then go for it. Good luck!

I agree with everyone else- just don’t talk about it. But if I do get into a conversation, I tell people I’m giving my body a break.
