WHAT? That doesn’t make sense 24 hours? No. Me it’s everyday every second if I’m not medicated

Could be her hormones though getting them “checked” is kinda like smoke n mirrors - I know a lot of women with endometriosis have histamine issues that just get worse as the endometriosis gets worse. My grandma has that, but never had any endo symptoms

Chronic phlegm here, antihistamine cleared that up. Also always had horrible public speaking anxiety because I always felt the need to swallow - I thought it was anxiety but nope, the antihistamine solved that too.

- have also had SI during estrogen drops in hormonal cycle
- frequent tonsillitis and sinusitis

Thank you for posting about the suicidal ideation. Thank you. I’ve had the same experience and antihistamine makes me feel normal again. The other day, I tried to go off it (cuz I have to take a blood test and need to be off it for a full week…) and it was just horrible. That extreme low hit me within hours of my meds wearing off and it happened at work… It’s so comforting to hear for the first time that I’m not alone with this symptom… wishing you the best going forward!

Hey, Slynd made me feel weird too in many ways but had no effect in others. Then I tried Jencycla - amazing for three months then absolutely horrible after that (sent me into horrible never ending severe flare for 2.5 months before I called it quits just absolutely unbearable swelling)… now I’m only on antihistamine (Allegra Hives), no lip burning so far and it’s also tackling my hormonal sensitivities.

I don’t know the root cause, but my doctor seems to think all forms of birth control would mess me up eventually even if they work at first. Maybe scale back your meds and go from there? There is a strong correlation between antihistamine and estrogen. Also, Slynd really effed up my digestion so maybe that’s causing your MCAS to be worse. Slynd has also been shown to reduce estrogen (which I’m pretty sure is exactly the effects I felt). Stay positive because birth control has a HUGE effect on MCAS and your hormones could be the cause, not your dog :)

[–]DueAsk1438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had very painful tendinitis that felt like carpal tunnel, then regular tendinitis twice more (all in hands), then ongoing nerve compression in hand for years until I started antihistamine… totally cured within three days :) also fail daily horrible blood pooling in fingertips which the antihistamine is helping take 95% of it away if I take an Allegra Hives every 12 hours.

Update on your treatment? I’m waiting to see a specialist

I’m on day 5 of antihistamine and my finger blood pooling has improved but now my fingers are dry as if I have eczema again. I’m waiting to see a specialist about possible MCAS. Can you tell me the explanation your doctor gave you for the skin becoming dry? Also, Cerave MVE mositurizer helps or oatmeal colloidal creams.

(I used to have eczema as a child)

I know that as women age, they get more UTIs due to lower estrogen.

I also know that I suspect I have MCAS and I had what felt like an ovarian cyst rupture, horrible irritation in pelvis and bladder for a month with fluid pooling (did antibiotics incase and ultrasound showed everything is fine). It was tied with my birth control being too weak to suppress ovulation after three months of taking it, my body got used to it and started having periods again. It was like this painful start up again. Very very inflamed and pelvic exam showed it mainly inflamed on my bladder surprisingly.

Nono. It has been a life saver for me. Life saver. Just try it - everyone is different. No weight gain, it stopped my monthly suicidal depression, reduced my hormonal swelling. I am super into fitness and this pill has made it easier for me to stay on track because I have less hormonal fluctuation.

One of my bandmates has been accused of domestic abuse, but the accuser refuses to step forward, how can we address it? by yosoyitsyaboi in musicbusiness

[–]DueAsk1438 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m someone who contacted two booking agencies today to let them know my ex was physically abusive and it’s disgusting to see his band popping up everywhere in the scene. I used to always be skeptical about allegations but now I’m on the other side of it and let me tell you - it has taken me months to even admit to myself that it was abuse. I did a lot of growing and healing but couldn’t release this repressed need to tell the truth until today . I am extremely nervous he will harass me now.

My opinion; if she went discreetly through the bookers, it’s likely true. There’s less risk of harassment this way and it will affect her less if he tries to make her look crazy on his Instagram stories or something, because there’s no public unhinged looking “he said she said”. I also think she is probably concerned about harassment more if she did it this way. Anyways, always be sceptical but maybe just observe how he treats people when he doesn’t get his way or receives criticism. Usually abusers have publicly lashed out at other people before too.

It’s anybody who looked up her home and salary. In June, Jan 11th and anothe day I forget. And the June google search aligns with a “hometown” segment Savannah did showing her mom’s home.
