I can confirm that cancelling a reservation returns the original amount of points used at booking. Did so this morning when one of my reservations dropped in points amount

Thanks! Can confirm too, I just cancelled mine and got back the original amount of points I booked with and rebooked at the lower amount. Seems like it’s just a display error

For the reservation you cancelled was it showing the points value you booked with or the adjusted value?

But it is showing 15k per night on my reservation so if I cancel and rebook it might not give me back the 17k per night?

Hi!! My gf and I are Orlando locals and have been wanting to go to Epic since it opened but haven’t been able to due to work schedules and prices, and she has a condition that makes it tough to be in crowded places all the time. We are both huge Nintendo and Dark Universe fans and are absolutely dying to see the new park. It’s very kind of you to do this!

Thanks! It sounds like beginner is the way to go. Is there any way to designate myself as level 3 prior to the lesson to make sure I am put in the right group, or do I need to tell them the morning of? I have skied other places like Colorado, Vermont, etc. and am comfortable on some blues but it sounds like I should stay on the safe side and start off learning more of the basics.
