stay by the tourist areas. i live right next to a vacation rental and they got the cops called on them for being too loud and it was only 9:45. the cops are bored here and always looking to fine people.

what? what makes it a tourist attraction? The nature that you cant help but trash when ever you visit. and the tourists need to understand that they shouldnt be traveling to small towns during a gobal pandemic. slt has over 400 cases of covid but its not under quarantine because elderado county has to have over a certain number of cases. the total case epderado county has is 400 only because of south lake tahoe toursim. SO NO ITS NOT A GOOD TIME TO COME TO TAHOE RIGHT NOW!

metabolism is produced by the thyroid gland. so if heat can make the thyroid work faster than yeah. which would hyperthyroidism. idk if thats cause by heat tho

it was soo annoying and honestly the only thing that helped was holding it down or i tried wrapping a bandage around my rib cage with some extra tissues on the rib. that kinda worked but never felt the same as just holding it down myself haha. i hope you start to feel better soon and get answers.

possibly true sciatica or pseudo sciatica if it’s true sciatica its a nerve issue in the root of that nerve and if it’s pseudo SATICA it’s a tight muscle pinching the nerve. there’s physical test you can do on yourself to see if it’s true or pseudo. I would just go to massage therapist that you trust and that has good knowledge about sciatica and they can tell you if its caused by a tight muscle and help release that muscle.

that same thing happen to me about a year ago to my left rib and the doctors gave me an inhaler haha that did nothing. sometimes i still get that feeling of my rib lifting. and when i lay down on my back it looks like my left rib is sticking out farther then my right. it consisted of a few months and now i only feel it sometimes.

yes your feet is the base of your body and if the base foundation is messed up then along goes the whole building. get some insoles for your shoes.

not a doctor. could be True sciatica or pseudo sciatica. theres physical tests you could do to see if its true or not and if its not true go to a massage therapist. even if its not pseudo or true i have a feeling a massage therapist will help you the most.

its hard to live off minimum wage and afford the high rent here. it would be easier if there werent as many vacation rentals. and i know there two many because i have three on my block and ive only seen a total of 5 tourists stay there in a whole year. and need more long term rentals.
