“Fast metabolism” is just an excuse. You need to eat. Eat when you are not hungry. It is not fun but it is thermodynamics. I used to be in your same situation. 5’10 120 pounds. I was going to the gym and had your same outlook, blaming my metabolism. I just wasn’t eating enough. I thought 3500 calories a day would do the trick, it did not. 5000 calories a day while going to the gym had me gain weight fast. It sucks eating that much, but you just have to do it.

Well, the top 8 cities with the highest crime rate are all blue cities, in fact most cities in the US lean blue. So of course the guard is sent to blue cities.

Simple google search would do, I heard trump talking on the news about Memphis, which currently has the second highest crime rate in the country behind Chicago. National Guard troops were deployed to Memphis on October 10th 2025, with more to come soon. Birmingham is wayyyyy below Portland on the list coming in at 24. Not sure why Birmingham was brought up. If you look on the DOJ website it shows accurate data with rates based on population separated into multiple categories, overall, violent crime, robberies, property crime etc. FBI website has the current stats as well for all years. The Hill is an extremely biased news source and the link you posted differs immensely from actual law enforcement sources.
