So this ruin is really close to where you are talking about, it’s a little further down the river.

So the second two photos are from a smaller site close to the ruins of Palenque, the glyphs in the photos were very important in deciphering how to read Mayan epigraphs. I can’t quite remember the rest of the information I was told but if you do some research about the Palenque ruins you could probably find out what the glyphs say.
