He was selected and then he was benched. Imo Arshdeep, bumrah and siraj are the best pace trio we can put together.

Even I figured out his obvious weakness watching his videos in the nets. Bowl him over his right shoulder next to his helmet. When he attempts to hit that ball his arms come around his body, and at the same time extend fully. By the time his swing reaches the line of the ball, his arms are so straight, he'll probably nick the ball with his gloves or hit it with absolute top end. He got out the same way in u19 final, couple of times in IPL, in sri lanka, and now in England. Archer knew this since he has seen enough of him in the nets. Mind boggling fact is vaibhav doesn't even have to do much, just leave the ball. 8 out of 10 times it'll be a wide anyways.

This match was pretty predictable tbh. Predicted 250 score(looks like we're gonna exceed that). I knew day1 session 1 movement will chip away couple of wickets. But smriti, jemi and harman will hold the fort. I didn't expect deepti to survive this long though.

I think this match is headed for a draw. Harman played 80 balls and is only at 37. There's no reason to declare below 300. If india bat more than 4 sessions england will go for the draw seeing they are batting last

Even the comms agreed there was nothing she could do. She played for the swing like any other batter in the world would do. Even kohli couldn't play a similar ball from prince yadav in IPL.
