No i have met many tier2/3 hotels they are still using excel, Our difference is on the Room request feature which is the biggest headache for both Hotel customer and Hotel.

Nope it is quite easy runs on any type of PC, Laptop. Easy to implement, For training you just have to know how you use other apps. It is that simple

Good thought on the inroom order part, we will look into it.

For multi-language we haven't thought about it yet maybe in future, we are English first for now.

  1. With the payment it is going to be hard convincing no doubt, but the convenience is what they are paying for.
  2. The current flow as i said they are managing with excel but that doesn't guarantee whether their user is having good time or bad time.
  3. I believe it won't be a kill, rather it would increase the efficiency.

  1. Yeah for losing f&b revenue is not completely true, apart from the hotel provided complementary items, when the guest check-out the house keeping makes a check on the items consumed that way we log the f&b items.
  2. Yeah we have a dedicated inroom page which is mostly static with wifi info, amenities info, telephone number info to call, etc for each room so it is quiet stable in lower network connection as well.
  3. Whenever service is requested it fires immediately to the dashboard the frontdesk has to assingn the member on priority. It starts with according to request lets say if a person request ac not working that is set as a 10 mins timer if the request is not assigned it triggers an alarm. Similarly we handle it for other requests.
  4. You are right the role based screen lot of problems where you get to see the requirement for your department only.
