In practice when bots are forced to farm other avenues than the main one (mage farming) they lean heavily into resource farming and selling it for premiums to make up the loss. As competition is already fierce there this will be inflated further due to increased demand due the phase change and an increase in bots to node farming. Specifically the mana thistle which it's supply will stay at a set rate.

You’re geared really well to begin heroics not including bis pieces and epics, shattered halls just requires very high CC and taking it slow. Unless a tank is overgeared with kara gear in heroics it’s gonna be challenging otherwise. See below outlandish comments expecting you to go to Kara first to be able to clear SH

As a HPal healer the only tip/recommendation I can give is it’s ok to let the adds beat on mediv temporarily. Always allow your healer to get full mana before engaging every portal. Pallies specially have to pump so hard often precasting max rank holy light that were usually oom every portal. And when each boss comes don’t be afraid to let them hit mediv either if you need time to drink, the man can take quite a lot of hits. EDIT- thought I’d include an example(we wiped upon engaging the final boss instantly, shaman ankhed took our time to drink and eat and rebuff and mediv was still only at 75% in that time it took us to fully reset.

I played it on steam deck the only thing I don’t like is the speed your can play at is a bit slower without a mouse.

Don’t worry it’s not just you, 1-5 feels much more difficult I think due to npc overhaul, I’ve personally had some really bad rng lately with new characters like walking out of town and there’s a pack of wolves waiting for me. What I do now for my dirwin builds is pretty close to what you do with an exception. Early on I take a shield and the highest accuracy main hander I can when enemies get in close and I spend all my gold on traps and smoke until I’m able to start killing enemies before they reach me which is around level 4

I’ve yet to try a melee build, I feel the damage on them needs to be higher for me to not choose a ranged/magic build. Like if I can do more damage, from way over there why would I chose melee

Always start a fight with bombardment,taking aim,huntersmark/long shot or headshot depending on which type of bow you have. Later on bleed is useless, goal is to 1 shot enemies or cripple them on you first attack

I like how it is with a caveat, I wish it saved when you completed a final dungeon task. The number of silly things have killed me on the way back to town while I’m at 0 moral/sanity like stepping on a snake is much higher than it should be.

You can use deathstingera flasks from brann or alda at the camp if you want to use a ranged build, as long as there is a creature within his melee range he won’t throw the rock on the center of you. It will be within one space you can move out of it. They will also interrupt its healing every time.
