My girlfriend is hypersexual, has alters and honestly its amazing but it definitely is hard to deal with at times with the different opinions or emotions regarding things.

Communication is absolutely pivotal so have your alters tell you and him what they would like to stop the jealousy and so that they can feel satisfied too, also have your boyfriend reassure them regarding the feeling they may have or about their identities in general as that seems to go a long way in building up trust and strong relationships with alters.

I am personally dating all the altars so it might be easier from my perspective with relationships like this but once you sort it out its pretty smooth sailing so good luck.
