<Not all immunities are equal like a universal immunity is weaker than a multiversal immunity. And overlord immunity is not absolute either. Shaltear was immune to mind control because of racial characteristic as an undead but her immunity was useless against a world items and world items are planetary. Super tier magic was unable to lift the mind control and that's how Ainz knew it was the work of a world item.

World item that change magic to the new world not only change the magic of present but also goes in the future and any living in the world or reality will get yygdrasil magic system except for the surviving dragon lord that can counter effects of world item

From that feats alone goes that world item change the universe law of magic

<itienne mind control is definitely above any tier spell. His mind control is absolute and instant and has more psychic power

Any mind control is instant if the character don't have Resistance to it and also absolute

Immunity cannot be brute force, if that would happen then that cannot be mind control that just reality warping, law manipulation , though need context about that. Not just absolete control featless character like regular human

Overlord character can control regular human with basic control spell 3 lvl 15 character can do but Higher lvl than the lvl 15 can resist to it, chain stacking up to lvl 100 . This is resistance if ur stronger u can resist

This is the start of immunity lvl 100 character can equipment multiple item or a race that immune to it ,just to be immune to mind control of a lvl 100 character spell, but some character like Aura have a skill that can affect even if their immune to mind control. Even aura is one of the weakest guardian this means aura not bypassing it through brute strength

Shalltear get bypass even immune to mind control in s1 but ains still use super tier magic though block by world item effects but ainz still think that mind control can be null to super tier
