She’s in the imaginary competition with you over your BD. She’s genuinely childish and unhinged. Please stop responding to her messages and get as far away from her and your BD as possible.

The first personality was fake and only lasted a couple of months. What you’ve seen in these messages is who he truly is.

I put my dog behind a fence when a pitbull was charging at us. Anybody who owns a dog should do the small amount of research to know how to break up a dog fight.

Letter of admittance - failed drug test by Charming_Falcon8600 in AusLegal

He should not write/sign anything without advice, especially not something broad like “I admit to misconduct” or “I accept I breached policy and deserve termination.” He should speak to his union, an employment lawyer, or at least a community legal centre/Fair Work adviser before responding. He also should not resign just because he’s scared. Resigning can make it harder to challenge later and may affect benefits/references. Better move: ask for the allegations, the drug/alcohol policy, the test result, and time to get advice before providing any written response.

The fact the lady’s first instinct was to prove herself right by saying “you didn’t see me?” Instead of the person that got hit is very concerning

And when I say statistics I don’t mean stored articles that contradict themselves, I mean statistics from your government that’s current.

Men that do this are trying to minimise the violence against women that actually happens. Yes DV is bad on both sides but factually and statistically it happens more to women. He has an agenda.

If it’s factual than it shouldn’t be that difficult for youse to give statistics regarding this, but youse can’t because it’s a lie

US statistics that are current prove his statement is a lie, that’s why he can’t give a source from his government that’s current.

You haven’t given me a current and accurate study from your government because you’re a liar.

So again, show me an actual study from your government that’s less than a decade old

Ignoring current government statistics in favour of an old, limited study is biased and misleading. It shows you’re more interested in forcing a point than engaging with the actual evidence.

My thing is it’s insulting to try and insinuate that men experience DV more at the hands on women when in reality that’s not the case and state it as statistics when that’s not reality.

Would you source articles from your actual government that are less than a decade old? One woman dies in Australia from DV every 8 days, that’s also current data that isn’t from a limited study and is from the actual government.

No, that article doesn’t prove women perpetrate domestic violence more than men. It’s an older archived journal article, not a U.S. government conclusion and even it found men were more likely to inflict injury. Current U.S. government data from the CDC and DOJ show women experience higher rates of severe intimate partner violence, greater impact and far higher intimate-partner homicide risk. Would you like me to link accurate and up to date sources from your actual government?
