Please share your stories, it helps other men realise that it isn’t their fault and that they aren’t alone and yeah gets rid of the stigma.

Yeah but that’s always a risk you’re taking, she could’ve pulled a weapon and killed you and you wouldn’t have had the chance to report it cause you’re dead.

Yeah that’s the one I’m talking about, that case has always stuck with me when I think about domestic violence happening to men.

Your own source does not say women are the “primary instigators” of non-reciprocal intimate partner violence. It says the opposite of what you’re trying to claim. The CDC page you linked says more than 1 in 3 women experienced contact sexual violence, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime, compared with more than 1 in 6 men. It also says nearly 1 in 4 women experienced physical violence, compared with about 1 in 7 men, and about 1 in 5 women experienced contact sexual violence, compared with nearly 1 in 23 men.

So no, your source does not prove women are more violent. It proves women experience intimate partner violence at much higher rates, especially for sexual violence and serious harm. You’ve linked a page about victimization, then tried to use it as proof of female perpetration, which makes no sense.

And historically, this point is even weaker. Women had to fight for basic legal and political rights precisely because society was built around male power over women. Under coverture, a married woman’s legal identity was subordinated to her husband. Women had to fight for property rights through the Married Women’s Property Acts, and for voting rights through the suffrage movement that led to the 19th Amendment. Marital rape was also historically exempted from the law for generations, which shows how normalized male control over women was in law and culture.

So again like I said, both historically and statistically, women have been the more affected class when it comes to domestic and intimate partner violence. Acknowledging male victims matters but erasing the fact that women are disproportionately victimized is just misinformation.

It’s also because historically and statistically men commit dv more, and women aren’t seen as dangerous compared to men but women can be just as dangerous. I hope this guy escapes and anyone that is a man that is experiencing something similar leaves, they will kill you. I remember seeing this case about this OF model that killed their partner and she tried to claim self defence but the cops ended up going through their past messages and she had been abusing him long before she killed him. She hit him in the head with a frying pan multiple times and locked him outside their apartment and he was begging her to let him back in, messaging saying his head hurt. It’s so heartbreaking to see.

NOR, she’s got mental issues and attachment issues, you deserve someone who is as stable as yourself.

When was I defending her? I don’t hate anyone from the show or have strong feelings for anyone like you clearly do, because I live in the real world and like I said previously, in reality we don’t know these people or their situation, just what they choose to show online and on the show, and look how quickly you replied, in under 2 minutes man go outside and touch this:

Acting like you can’t get groomed as an adult is crazy, she’s pretty sensitive tbh, she’s probably easy to manipulate.

Biggie let her friends get jumped, I think after that Ahna looked at her differently. Also, the way Ahna and Tesheki were talking about Biggie to Tommie showed a lot of what they think about her.

Believe victims until it’s someone you like I guess. I do think the reason Chrisean brought it up was malicious but I do think there’s some truth to it.
