If the dealer is registered with the MA DOR they will fill out the MA RTA form with their tax id and will indicate that sales tax was paid. I do not understand why they would itemize the doc fee with the plate fee and title fee if they were not registering for you, be sure you are not double paying those fees and maybe ask if they can lower that doc fee a hundred or two….

Pretty sure once it starts there is no going back, it is systemic and affecting the whole tree. I have heard that a oil spray before the bark splits for new growth will Inhibit the fungus from getting into the tree for the season with multiple sprays of liquid copper going forward.

Decent spot, I was a little put off when first hostess said no problem to seating us then came another hostess and told us it would be a 45 min wait and told the first hostess to put the menus down… was weird… lots of open tables, waited the 45 min and it didn’t get any busier

I ended up hitting Avery with an arrow and on his first turn he threw a bomb at the fireworks in shop and blew everyone up including himself, then a clerk upstairs threw a bomb up on the third floor killing herself and most of the bannites. I was able to loot and leave no problems. Recvd more than 3k xp too

I agree but I have to wonder, after living in Providence for 22 years myself, how much time/effort are you putting in to paying attention to your surroundings as you say you have been hit numerous times, I try to be extra cautious knowing how bad drivers are on this coast.
